Vientiane – The capital of Laos which is renowned for French architecture and the Pha That Luang temple, should be on your list when you visit Laos. Spending a couple of days in Vientiane will give you a good taste of this city clad with small pubs and nice eateries.

Luang Prabang – Termed as the most beautiful city in Laos, it has to on top of your travel list. Filled with colonial style villas and amazing temples, waterfalls and nature parks, Luang prabang is a tourist’s delight.

Vang Vieng – If you want a place to just enjoy the laid back Laos style, then this is the place to be. Enjoy some wicked partying and river tubing if you dare. Else, just enjoy spending time caving, climbing, exploring waterfalls and blue green lagoons on a semi-automatic bike. Go a bit further and there are dirt biking lessons offered for adrenaline junkies.

Hello, Jyotsna. Thanks for such a beautiful post. Laos is an amazingly wonderful country. I have been there. Unfortunately, I have not visited the place you have mentioned in your blog. However, during my next visit, I will definitely visit Vang Vieng. By the way, Laos is one of the cheapest countries of the world.
